Purpose/Objective

At the conclusion of the American Headache Society’s 2026 Scottsdale Headache Symposium, participants will be able to apply knowledge of the diagnosis, epidemiology, and treatment of primary headache disorders in adults and children in clinical practice and research, identify non-headache manifestations of migraine to best apply evidence-based treatment strategies, diagnosis and treat common causes of dizziness in patients with headache disorders, and address clinical challenges related to pharmacologic therapeutics in primary and secondary headache disorders.

The American Headache Society® is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation Statement

The American Headache Society® designates this Live activity for a maximum of 21.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Recorded sessions will be available via Education On Demand beginning Tuesday, December 22, 2026 through Tuesday, June 22, 2027. Pre-courses will be available separately for up to an additional 19.00  AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Instructions for Claiming CME

1. Complete the post-activity evaluation via Education On Demand.
   1. Login/create a new visitor account (when creating an account, please be sure to use the email address you used during registration).
2. For ABPN Self-Assessment Credit, complete the short ABPN Self-Assessment Quiz.
3. Enter the number of CME credits being claimed* per credit type.
4. Download your certificate. Certificates will only be issued for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ (MDs/DOs) or Participation credit (all others).
