Who Should Attend?
The Annual Scientific Meeting is designed for physicians, psychologists, scientists, researchers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals involved in the care of patients with head, neck, and orofacial pain.
AHS has dedicated over 60 years to leading and serving the headache community.

Search for the "67th Annual Scientific Meeting" and then login using your registration email and the Password/PIN that was emailed to you. Your Password/PIN is also located on the back of your attendee badge.
Is There Wifi in the Convention Center?

What Meals are Provided?
Breakfast will be provided in the Exhibit Hall on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast will also be available on Sunday. Lunch will be available for purchase in the exhibit hall on Friday and Saturday. Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided during the nighttime receptions.
What are the Onsite Exhibit Hall Hours?
The Exhibit Hall is located in Exhibit Hall A.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMAIL ADDRESSES
Please register with the same email address that you use for your Education On Demand account. If you are registering a group, please use the attendees’ email addresses, and not your own. Please do not use the same email address for multiple attendees. This will affect your access to the meeting evaluation and On Demand recordings.
Can I Register Onsite?
Yes, while we recommend registering in advance, onsite registration will be available.
What are the Onsite Registration Hours?
Registration is located in the Ballroom Foyer.
Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm CT
Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm CT
Friday: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm CT
Saturday: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm CT
Sunday: 8:00 am – 10:00 am CT
Are Group Discounts Available?
Yes. Please register one attendee at full price and email AHS headquarters with the attendee’s name at ahshq@talley.com. We will then provide you with a discount code to receive $25 off each additional attendee in your group.
How Do I Switch From In-Person to On Demand Registration?
Attendees wishing to move from the In-Person Experience to On Demand access due to health, inability, or discomfort with traveling may change their registration at any point with no penalty. Please email AHS headquarters at ahshq@talley.com to request the change.
I Can No Longer Attend. Can I Switch My Registration to a Colleague?
Yes! Please contact AHS headquarters at ahshq@talley.com to switch your registration to someone else. Please be sure to have their contact information available.
Can I Bring a Guest?
Guest Passes are available at the registration desk for guests wishing to access the exhibit hall and social events. Each pass is $100 per person, per day. Guests must be 21+.
AHS HOTELS
Do You Have Room Blocks at Local Hotels?
We have room blocks at both the Hilton Minneapolis and the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. To book your room with the AHS group rate, you must first register for the meeting. Links to the hotels as well as the group code (if needed) will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
EVALUATION/CME
How Do I Access the Meeting Evaluation?
The meeting evaluation will be available via Education On Demand beginning Friday, June 20. Whether you’re claiming CME or simply attending as part of the scientific community, we urge you to take a few moments to complete. Your feedback helps shape future American Headache Society events and ensures we continue to deliver meaningful, relevant programming.
Note: CME will be awarded upon completion of the evaluation, but submitting feedback is encouraged for all attendees, regardless of CME participation.
ON DEMAND ACCESS
Will Sessions be Live-Streamed?
This year, sessions will not be live-streamed. Most sessions will be recorded and available via Education On Demand beginning Monday, June 30 through Wednesday, December 31. All in-person registrants receive full access to On Demand recordings.
