Who Should Attend?

The Annual Scientific Meeting is designed for physicians, psychologists, scientists, researchers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals involved in the care of patients with head, neck, and orofacial pain.

AHS has dedicated over 60 years to leading and serving the headache community.

THE AMERICAN HEADACHE SOCIETY’S® ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING continues to be the premiere venue for the dissemination of the latest and most up-to-date research and scientific advances underlying the practice of Headache Medicine.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMAIL ADDRESSES 

Please register with the email address that you intend to complete your evaluations. If you are registering a group, please use the attendees’ email addresses, and not your own.Please do not use the same email address for multiple attendees. 

 

HOW DO I SWITCH FROM THE IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE TO ON DEMAND ACCESS? 
Attendees wishing to move from the In-Person Experience to On Demand access due to health, inability, or discomfort with traveling may change their registration at any point with no penalty. Please email AHS headquarters at ahshq@talley.com to request the change. 
 

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO A COLLEAGUE? 

Yes! Please contact AHS headquarters at ahshq@talley.com to switch your registration to someone else. Please be sure to have their contact information available. 

 

DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS? 

Yes. Please register one attendee at full price and contact AHS headquarters with the attendee’s name at ahshq@talley.com. We will then provide you with a discount code to receive $25 off each additional attendee in your group. 

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 

Requests must be submitted via email no later than Friday, May 30, 2025. Once the cancellation is processed, all fees (less a $100.00 processing fee) will be refunded. If paid by credit card, please allow  

up to five business days for the credit to show in your bank account. We cannot offer refunds after the May 30 deadline. 

 

CAN I REGISTER ONSITE? 

Yes, while we recommend registering in advance, onsite registration will be available.

DO YOU HAVE ROOM BLOCKS AT LOCAL HOTELS? 

We have room blocks at both the Hilton Minneapolis and the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. To book your room with the AHS group rate, you must first register for the meeting. Links to the hotels as well as the group code (if needed) will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

WILL SESSIONS BE LIVE STREAMED? 

No, sessions will be recorded and available On Demand on June 30, 2025. All In-person registrants will also receive access to On Demand recordings.

WHEN WILL ON DEMAND ACCESS BEGIN? 

All recorded sessions will be available to In-person and On Demand attendees beginning Monday, June 30, 2025. 

 

WHEN WILL ON DEMAND ACCESS END? 

All recorded sessions will be available to In-person and On Demand attendees until Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Further instructions on how to claim your CME via the Education On Demand platform will be emailed to registrants at the conclusion of the conference.
