For the expected 1,200+ attendees gathered in San Diego from June 13-16, 2024, the 66th Annual Scientific Meeting will provide an exciting and diverse venue, with its seemingly endless choices and learning formats of top-tier education in a variety of topics surrounding the latest research in Headache Medicine.

But the best part for our attendees is the opportunity to connect with their colleagues and friends from all across the world and all 50 US states. Specifically, the AHS Annual Scientific Meeting continues to be the premiere venue for disseminating the latest and most up-to-date research and scientific advances underlying the practice of Headache Medicine.

New Sponsorship Options for 2024:

  • Father’s Day Brunch: Help all the dads celebrate their special day by sponsoring a pancake station at Sunday’s breakfast.
  • Women in Headache Medicine Breakfast: Help sponsor the breakfast to kick off Thursday morning at the Annual Scientific Meeting.
  • Case Study Theater: These new “theaters” in the exhibit hall will allow practitioners to share their cases with an audience and discuss treatment options and diagnoses.
  • Project Your Logo: Let the floor or walls become your canvas as your organization’s logo shines bright for all attendees to see.
  • In-Booth Scientific Poster Displays:  Keep the traffic in your booth as you show off your organization’s scientific contributions on a 42” touch-screen display. Don’t have posters? Use it to show off your website or any web-based marketing materials.
  • Health and Wellness Activities: New this year we have a morning spin (bike) class, in-room yoga videos, and even branded sunglasses as opportunities for your brand to shine!

 

Industry Support Events

Satellite Symposia: Share research and product news with a Satellite Symposium. We have openings from Thursday to Saturday. These events occur without conflicting with other CME sessions or AHS social events and will be advertised in the Final Program.

You can offer a presentation with or without CME (you will be responsible for securing your own CME provider) and choose to serve food in your private room with space for over 100 attendees. You must have an FDA-approved product/service.

Social Events:Host a reception or a meal for your clients and team. AHS will ensure you get a great space in the hotel to entertain your guests.

Ancillary Meetings:Host a small meeting (less than 30 people) with your team, board members, or clients. AHS will ensure you have a private space to complete your work.

Hospitality Suites: Use this private room near the meeting space to hold meetings or small gatherings whenever you want. These rooms are available to you 24 hours a day from Thursday to Sunday.

Low Ceiling Warning

The Pacific Ballroom ceilings are only 15 ft at their highest point.  This means we will not be able to have any rigged/hung signs in the exhibit hall. Max booth height will be 14 ft.Please plan accordingly.

AHS must approve all final program ads, mailings and emails. Full-page ads exclude front and back inside covers. Those spaces are available for an extra fee.
