About the Rotation
Our headache elective at the Jefferson Headache Center provides 3rd and 4th-year medical students with focused experience in the evaluation and management of headache disorders at a dedicated Academic Headache Center. Students will work alongside 9 specialized headache faculty, gaining exposure to a wide range of primary and secondary headaches, as well as procedures such as nerve blocks and Botox. The rotation is outpatient, which occurs at our location in Center City, Philadelphia, PA, and also at our inpatient hospital location, depending on the length of the rotation, which can be tailored to a rotation of one day and up to 2 weeks.
