Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Department of Neurology, seeks a Clinician or Clinician-Educator with expertise in headache medicine who will be appointed at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include clinical care of adult headache patients and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Opportunities to participate in research programs, including clinical trials, are available. This position would be active in our multidisciplinary team of neurologists, neuropsychologists, and physical/occupational/speech therapists. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a headache fellowship program, helping to expand Vanderbilt’s leadership in headache care and education.

Qualified candidates will be Adult Neurologists who 1) hold an M.D./D.O. degree; 2) are board certified/eligible in neurology; and 3) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Tennessee. Additional training or expertise in headache medicine is required.
