About the Program
The Norton Neuroscience Institute Headache Center is located in Louisville, KY and consists of a faculty of nine fellowship trained / board certified adult and pediatric physicians, four advanced practice providers, and a behavioral medicine team. The NNI Headache Center offers patients the full range of treatment options including medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, injections (such as nerve blocks and Botox), outpatient infusions and inpatient headache management.
Our UCNS accredited fellowship program accepts one fellow per year.
