Join Us for the 2025 Scottsdale Headache Symposium

American Headache Society Scottsdale Event

Registration is now open for the 2025 Scottsdale Headache Symposium®, taking place December 4-7, 2025, at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. For over 50 years, this annual event has brought together clinicians, researchers, and trainees from across the country for practical, real-world education designed to enhance patient care and treatment of headache disorders.

More than just a conference, the Symposium is where the headache community connects. Whether you’re refining your clinical skills, sharing new research, or connecting with peers who share your passion for headache medicine, you’ll join colleagues and mentors for lively discussions, hands-on learning, and opportunities to collaborate in a welcoming environment.

What to Expect

This year’s program offers four days of presentations, interactive case-based discussions, expert panels, and hands-on workshops. The 2025 agenda features a mix of education, discussion, and connection. Sessions cover the full spectrum of headache diagnosis, treatment, and management, from foundational principles to emerging therapies and challenging clinical scenarios.

The weekend also features the Frontiers in Headache Research poster session showcasing early-career research, networking opportunities throughout the event, and the Wine and Cheese Reception on Saturday evening, where attendees can unwind and chat with their headache peers.

Exclusive for in-person participants, earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits®, AAFP, and ABPN Self-Assessment Credit. Recorded sessions available via Education On Demand are included with registration. The On Demand program is available for those who prefer to experience the meeting from home. Earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits® when you register for this option.

Each year, attendees leave not only with practical insights and clinical strategies but also with renewed inspiration and lasting professional connections.
