Headache Specialist
The Headache Center in the Department of Neurology at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC), a major academic medical center within the Hackensack Meridian Health Network seeks to employ a full time BE/BC Headache Specialist. The successful candidate will have completed a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Headache Medicine accredited by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS). Faculty rank at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine is commensurate with experience.
The Headache Center consists of a rapidly expanding interprofessional team providing the latest care and treatment options for all headache and facial pain syndromes. The Center provides an individually tailored, patient centered approach to diagnosing and treating headache and facial pain. The Headache Center has dedicated clinical and neuro-psychologists on site. Access to an infusion center, physical and occupational therapy, and dietitians are available in our facility.
This position will be recruited by Florian P. Thomas, MD, PhD, Founding Chair of the Department of Neurology and the Neuroscience Institute at HUMC and the School of Medicine.
